Any and all legal claims regarding transactions with Ed Cantarella, RetroLeds.com or Shimmering Image Productions, Inc. must be brought against Shimmering Image Productions, Inc. exclusively, in the Circuit Court of the County of Oakland, State of Michigan. Items are not returned until payment has cleared. Items not paid for in over 60 days are forfeited and become property of Shimmering Image Productions, Inc.
